The pandemic has radically changed consumer behavior and has constrained organizations to rapidly develop their plans of action, customer interfaces, activities, and supply chains. While organizations are incidentally thwarting their drawn out digital transformation initiatives, they are forcefully dealing with short term tasks, for example, cloud migration, advanced Digital collaboration, and cyber security to enable a productive virtual workforce. As CEOs are taking a sigh of relief after tackling immediate issues, they are properly asking: What’s next? How to plan for the ‘new Normal’?
